Imperial Parking Canada Corporation tried to comply, no response to letters or phone calls, signage misleading Vancouver British Columbia

Received a $68.90 parking ticket at the Holiday Inn on King Street. Five of us tried to move cars, or buy an extra hours parking after misunderstanding the hours on Parking Sign.

An upset, angry attendant was not able to communicate easily with us because of language differences. I left my car in the spot for an extra 1 1/2 hours, and when I returned had a ticket for $68.90.

Hotel personnel gave us a number to call. We received no response to phone calls. Others paid the ticket rather than spending time and energy to deal with the matter.

I sent a letter to the head office - no response, except for re-issuing the ticket and threatening Collection Agency Action. Any suggestions?
