I have been trying to get my rebates for almost 6 months, the company has created all kind of problems and excuses about my rebates ( the Cell Phones were purchased in 02/18/05).
Lately I got to the point they are saying they mailed the checks, I got the information about when the checks were mailed but the 30 days requested to wait expires and they say, Oh! I am sorry we are going to have to re-issue your checks again and cancel the first ones - You are going to have to wait from 10-12 weeks to process the checks.
The first one when they said the checks were mailed was 01/18/06 and now they are saying they mailed new checks in 03/28/06.
Just something interesting, they say the checks are mailed from Arizona which is not too far from California and amazingly needs 30 days to travel all these distance to get here (I wonder what kind of transport are they using).
I would like to know if anybody got the checks from these guys and how, or have found a way to put this guys in the Jail.

After putting a stop payment on the customer's original checks, a new check request was submitted to the queue at the end of March. He was advised that the process would take several weeks. His new checks were mailed May 8.
