Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
this people will do anything to make a sales, even lie to you. the so call "free oil change for life" is just BS. they don't tell you that in order to get the free oil change you are forced to do all maintenance with them. so a tire rotation will cost you $85.00
if you want a honest dealer I would recommend going some where else.

The OP is complaining about the customer loyalty plan that includes Free oil changes for life as long as all maintenance is done at the dealer.
Not warranty repairs and voided warranties.
All these free for life oil change deals have a catch, not a rip off just a promotion.

If this dealership or ANY dealership should tell you all non-covered warranty work MUST be done at their dealership or otherwise the factory warranty will be void, they are telling you a bold faced LIE! As per the Magnuson-Moss Act, you can have non covered warranty work done ANYWHERE...even do it yourself WITHOUT voiding the warranty!
