I purchased two phones from wirefly in the month of feb. My phone activation date is Feb 6th. I applied for the rebate (total amount $500 (2x $150+2x$100) on August 11 with the wireless bill dated July7 to Aug 6th. Followed it up after 10 days to make sure that they have all the docs. I had 4 rebates and I have all the records with me.

In the month of September they told me that the wireless bill is invalid since it is only 149 days(they just can't do the math). Anyhow I faxed all the doc with the new wireless bill for Aug 7th to Sept 6. Followed it up every week and ended up faxing four more times the whole packet since sept 10 to Oct 18. Everytime they told me that they haven't entered the Fax info yet. On OCt 18th they advised me to mail everything again and this time I sent everything through certified mail to Scottsdale AZ ( I have the proof of it).

On Oct 29th I received an email that my rebates are in process so I called them the same day just to make sure that they have all the documents in place, which they assured me that they do have everything and told me to wait for 8 to 10 weeks to receive the rebate. In the mean time I keep checking the status of the rebates and it kept on showing that it is in process. Last week that status changed and it said that the rebates cannot be processed as they were postmarked too late. I called them again on Dec 8th and talked to CSR name Bailey and initially she told me that they are postmarked too late on arguing with her she told me that it is not too late but this time UPC code is missing.

This is totally false since everytime I faxed or mailed I made sure that all the necessary docs were in place. She told me to fax everything again which I did. My patience ran out and I called them again on Dec 12th and talked to their superviser and she told me that she wil escalate this matter to higher up and I have to call back on Dec 22nd or call Inphonic since they are the ones who denied the rebate claim. I called Inphonic the very same day and was told that someone would contact me soon and today I received an email from Inphonic finance dept stating the rebates cannot be processed as they were marked too late. I called rebate center (1888 800 4303) and they told me that I have to call on Dec 22. So I called Inphonic again couple of hours ago and made the superviser to note down this whole story and escalate it to their finance dept. To tell you the truth I have no hope and I want these people to pay me my money for the time I wasted on them.
