International Masters Publishers Unsolicited merchandise and bill. Montoursville Pennsylvania

On 10-21-2004 I received an unsolicited package with a binder and some how-to home repair cards in it. The accompanying bill stated, "You've taken the first step toward a whole new world of....." They prattle on about the savings I am receiving, then bill me for $10.37, and plan to continue sending more packages of cards "at a savings of $1.90 on this and all future shipments." I emailed them back at: customerserviceimp-usa.com informing them not to expect payment.
