Started off great on the first day, went down hill from there, I had to call every Friday when my trash was still in the cans from the Thursday Pickup...They have picked up twice in 2 months...the office kept making promises that they would be there day after day after day. So when you call to inform them your trash has not been picked up, they have caller ID, so rather than answering the phone and dealing with the problem, they would rather rob you. I know they have caller ID cause I called several times over a course of 30 minutes and had my sister in law who happens to trade her sign service for their service, and they answered her call the first time. This is what really upsets me! Guess they got tired of dealing with me calling on Fridays, so they figured they would just quit all together, and take my 60.00 at that.
As of 1/05/08 my trash is still in there from 12/18/08 pickup. They kept making promises that they were calling dispatch, and getting there right away...never came! I had to call another service, and paid them 60.00, hope that works out.
I left a message on the JAB answering machine, stating I was really tired of being nice and I dont have time to deal it, and I wanted my money back, still since they have caller ID, they will not answer nor return calls...really sad that they got away with this...I do not recommend this company at all. My husband is on his way to their office to see if he can get our money back, but I bet they refuse. I have heard horror stories about this company but thought I would take my chances. Don't take chances call xxxxxxxxxxxxx, or someone else, just not JAB!

I am very satisfied with this service! They are always polite and helpful if I have to call them. I get e-mail updates, and the men that empty my cans set them back on the ground and put the lids back on top of the cans! They even picked up the trash on a holiday, and came and got my cans from the side of the house, as I did not place them at the street. It is very refreshing to actually recieve the level of service I am paying for, and Five Jab is doing everything that they said they would do!

I finally got an answer and not only that, I got to talk to one of the owners. I explained my situation, and frustration. He listened to me and let me explain, which I felt alot better about...He didn't offer the whole $60 which I really thought he would do after all I had been through and the trouble I was in with 12 bags of trash at my house, but he offered 41 back since they had picked up twice...I agreed to disagree and take the 41.00. I will say that he was professional about the situation and he was under the impression that my trash had been picked up, and it was at no fault of his or the office managers. I think the company has drivers that need to be monitored more closely, or they need to get a new crew, cause this is the way to lose business. I apologized for the nasty messages and they apologized for everything and they are sending a check in the mail, so that is the end of my experience.
