This company recently moved it used to be known as Kal-Care In baldwin park. This company claims to be a customer service position to show off this over priced vaccun with a 2200$/month salary on reality this is a door to door solicitation with no license 100% commission Kirby sales working 80+ hrs a week mon-sat only getting paid based on what you sell. They make you think you can make all this money selling a Kirby vaccuum for 3200 and sometimes go as low as 800$.
Some people who were working there while i was sold vacuums but only got paid 100-150 a week because the boss pitied them working 80+hrs because the credit wasn't good they don't tell you, you cod work all that time and not get payed anythareeee were supposed to be independent contractors and work whenever you wan't but are forced to be there from 9am-till whatever time they finish normally from 10-11pm. You have no choice but to get on they're vans and go to random neighbors soliciting offering a service looking to sell . You knock until 8-930 bugging people.
Some months out of the year you work everyday that month they said . From the owner to every employee they're all unprofessional. The owner treats everyone like crap. He be littles makings specially the girl workehits he says inappropriate jokes since everyone there works soo much they all hook up with each other. It's sad. It really doesn't take long to see the truth I waI there for over a month trying hard and working everyday and I only made less then 800 that month. I should've listened

Thank God for the internet and the high ranking of Ripoffreport. This Scam company is still posting ads stating $2k a month base pay.
Work at McDonald's, do anything other then door 2 door selling vaccums. Such a slimy soul-crushing experience while your ripping off the consumer trying to get $3200 for this crap, then dropping the cost by 3/4. No wonder you don't actually list your company name in the adverts.

I actually walked out on this job and luckily found one the next day. These people are all unprofessional, hire anybody, and feed you b*******. You make money, sure, if you can convince people to buy this three thousand dollar vacuum that's worth at the most 800. They don't pay for training either, which I'm sure is illegal, and can't we get busted for going door to door with no license ?all bullcrap.

I used to work for this company, and I made plenty of money there. jbl or kal care offers opportunity to anyone who never had a chance in school and people who want future and opportunity. Its only forthose who want to work hard and self motivated that will take advantage of the opportunity. Why would you work as an independent contractor and think your getting paid just for no production. If you had a vehicle you had a choice to take your vehicle out to the field and leave when you want. No one forces you to get in a van. Im sure you probably never got a solid appointment, never did 3 demos a day and pull 100 dirt pads. That company is one big family. When its time for work they're professional, thats why theyre ranked in the top 3 in the WHOLE WORLD in sales. If kirby was easy everyone would be doing it. By the looks of it from your grammar and misspelling "customer service" when you put consumer service your the people who slacked and took shortcuts. THATS WHY your posting this slander on such a great company.
