J.D.BYRIDER The salesman was very dishonest and I bought it... JACKSONVILLE Florida

I was in a situation where I needed transportation quick, fast and in a hurry. I had been to other dealerships and did not like their prices so I decided to try J.D.Byrider after seeing so many ads and commercials about them. What a big mistake that was. I picked a car. Very nice car so I thought. I mean it had everything in the car that I wanted. Leather,cd,good sound system etc.

I Test drove the car, no problems. On the second day, not a week later or month later but the 2nd day thats when the trouble started. The car was in drive, it would not move at all. It was like I had the car in neutral. Then it started stalling. I called the salesman at J.D.Byrider who sold me the car. To make this long story short. This car left me stranded, it was never fixed correctly.

I was missing more time away from my job due to the fact I was trying to see when this car would be fixed. Sadly to say after I believe 3 to 4 attempts to try to resolve this issue. I asked for my money back. They put me through alot of RED TAPE to get my money back. I mean I thought I was very reasonable. I paid for a product that was bad for business. Then when my money was given back, they gave me a 3rd Party check from who knows. No one would cash it.

I had to go back and threaten to sue or put them on the news in order for them to give me my money in cash. Last but not least when the dealership where I purchased my car from checked my credit report they could see that J.D.Byrider was still looking at my info as to see what dealership I was going to next.

This is my story with this company. I will never ever refer them to anyone. When I see people who have cars from them I say in my mind they just don't know the headace they will experience coming to this place. There slogan is RIDE TODAY but what about Tomorrow and the next day. God Bless
