I attended the Wealth Building Seminar held at the Learning Annex in NY back in November 07. After signing up for James Smith personal traing & 3-day classes I paid a fee of $5995. I was told that since I paid with a check I would receive packaged materials regrding the course within three business days along with CD's etc. After 10 days I verrified that the check had been processed however I still hadn't received anything. I sent an e-mail to REGIS as listed on the receipt on November 30,07 & got a reply from John Free who was quite supprised that I didn't received any materials when I left the seminar & even more supprised that no follow up or course materials had been sent via mail He stated that he would look into the matter. Next I received an e-mail verfiying that they had my payment however no one was sure about what had happened although I was told that binders were in the process of being redone & that I should receive a set of binders soon.

After not receiving anything I e-mailed the support person (John ) again * was told that Diane P. would send me information avbout upcoming classes & that suppot material was on it's way via the mail.

I sent e-mail in December 07 regarding the status of the material & dates for the classes. In Janurary 08 I reeived a pad/portfolio however still not binders. I became even more concerned when I received an e-mail advertising CD's & other materials offered by James Smith at a discount price for anyone interested. What was the clincher was that the advertisement bossted that James Smith;s students were using this tapes, CD's, etc & had been extremely successful referrencing the past few months. The advertisement indicated that James Smiths students especially those that were enrolled for personal traning etc. continued to have much success.

I sent another e-mail to John inquiring about the tapes & CD's that should have been a part of the package that I paid for but never received. Mid-Janurary 08 I received the binders that which were over a month & a half late & was weak in appearence as the cover pages on some of the binders were rinkled and the box had water damage. Finally I received some dates regarding the 3-day classes after making several request. All of the above took the process into Feburary 08. After not being able to correlate dates withwhat had been offered, I phoned Diane P. directly & requested a refund.
I was transferred to a voice mail @ which time I left phones numbers where I could be reached. I also followed up with another call to Diane that same evening & was told that the girl who handles this left at 3:pm however I should get a call back the next day.

I phoned the next day since I didn't get a call from James Smith Wealth Build Group also known as REGIS ( Real Estate Investor Support), at which time I spoke to Rick who informed that Diane should have filled out a request form & that he would do so & I should get a call back from Someone named Dan who would handle the matter. I received a call from someone named Curtis K. stating that he woked in the office with Dan & there was no way I would be refunded. After an exchange of words regarding the events that took place Curtis stated that he would inform Dan of the situation and I would get a call from Dan either today 2/28/08 or tomorrow. I requested contact with James Smith & was told that he was too busy & that Dan was also very busy.
I informed Curtis that I too was busy however this was not going to go away. Curtis raised his voice and continued to insist that I schedule the 3-day classes. Finally he restated that Dan would be in contact with me & that I could go ahead with the legal process.
