I was an employee at their Maxwell store in montgomery AL, for quite a while. All the accusations that this person is throwing out there are completely false!!! Not once did Hardy and Kristy Flowers rip anybody off. Not once did i get ripped off on my pay check. These two people are some of the most caring, loving and thoughtful people out there!! If people were fired from a store, than it had to be from their negative actions as an employee. I have seen these two give employees multiple chances before they fire anybody.  They dont live by there stores so as employees, we are trusted to run the business day to day without them.

Sales would be up in a store if an employee were doing the right things. If a reputation is ruined at a store, it is more likely due to the fact that the employees suck than it was Hardy and Kristys fault. I cant say enough how this report is completely wrong. And portrays them in a completely horrible way. I feel sorry for the people who have to come on here and write lies because they were a horrible employee and are just trying to get back at Hardy and Kristy, it shows the type of person that employee must have been to talk about people in a false way like that.

 Someone has used the name Nancy Dweyer as the person who wrote this and she did not. Please disregard the article as someone has falsy put up a report using her name. This should really be taken down.

THE PERSON WHO FILED THIS RIP OFF REPORT IS THE VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES FOR EASTSIDE MEDICAL CENTER. THE COMPANY AND ITS MEMBERS ARE APPAULED BY THIS INDIVIDUAL AND THIS IS IRONIC BECAUSE JAVA JUNKIEZ HAS AN ONGOING LAWSUIT AGAINST EASTSIDE CLAIMING DAMAGES , BREACH OF CONTRACT, FAILURE TO UPHOLD CONTRRACT TERMS, KICKBACKS AND MULTIPLE OTHER COUNTS. WE WANT TO BE CLEAR THAT JAVA JUNKIEZ IS THE VICTIM OF A MALICIOUS AND MALICE ATTACK AND THAT EVERY STATEMENT IN THIS REPORT IS UNTRUE AND UNJUST. JAVA JUNKIEZ HAS NEVER DEFRAUDED ANYONE. THE CONTENTS OF THIS REPORT ALONE ARE CAUSE FOR A LAWSUIT STARTING WITH DEFFAMATION OF CHARACTER,  MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS AND SLANDER. JAVA JUNKIEZ DID NOT HAVE A FINANCIAL BACKER OR DO ANYTHING AGAINST THE LAW. IT IS SADLY APPARENT THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO ATTACK THE BUSINESS, JAVA JUNKIEZ CHARACTER AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEIR MORALE. JAVA JUNKIEZ HAS NEVER BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY FRAUD CASES, OR CIVIL LAWSUITS AND TO THOSE WHO KNOW THE NAMED INDIVIDUALS WILL SAY THEY ARE GOOD AND HONEST PEOPLE..IT IS OBVIOUS THAT WHOMEVER STARTED THIS SMEAR CAMPAIGN HAS ILL WILL. JAVA JUNKIEZ CAN GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL SEEK OUT THE PERSON/PEOPLE SPREADING LIES AND FALSE MISREPRESENTATIONS AND PROSECUTE THEM TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.

FURTHERMORE, THE LOCATION THAT WAS BUILT FOR EASTISIDE MEDICAL WAS FULLY COMPLETED WHEN THE MEMBERS OF EASTSIDE MEDICAL DECIDED TO BREACH THE CONTRACT UNJUSTLY.  NANCY , JAVA JUNKIEZ SUGGESTS THAT YOU STOP SPREADING FALSE AND MALICIOUS LIES ABOUT THE COMPANY, ITS MEMBERS OR AFFILIATES.
