I have worked for Jeff Elrod and employed a team of workers to manage the running of his sites for him. He had paid on time until it got to the point that he didn't want to work on the sites anymore and stopped working.

Which is fine with us but he left Nearly $2000 outstanding in unpaid wages to writers, consultants, social media assistants, data entry assistants, seo team, article writers and so on.

He has refused to pay his outstanding bill and last week he put in a dispute to odesk and then issued a chargeback on my odesk account.

I have asked Jeff Elrod many times over the last few days to pay his bills so that we can settle this like adults. He refuses unless everything is on his terms. In other words he wants content before payment which considering his track record is disgusting and is certainly not going to happen.

From past correspondence I believe that he is in his 70's or 80's through his lack of knowledge and disrespect to others.

I am sure he wont be the first not to pay his bills and he certainly wont be the last. But as freelancers you do not deserve for this to happen.

As a result if payment has not been received by wednesday (in 2 days time) I will be issuing DMCA notices because he is using content that doesn't belong to him.
