Ive never written anything like this to complain about the services of a professional that I have used. Ive certainly never registered like I did for this site in order to author a complaint.

However I had to let it be known that Jeff Yarbrough is a terrible Realtor that turned his back on us in a very tough time and transition of our lives.

We had even used him in the past and thought he was a stand up kind of guy who we could trust.

Wow were we ever wrong. Do NOT trust this guy, especially when it comes to a high stress, major life change like a home sale for a family (with a pregnant wife, a 22 month old and a contingency sale situation).

Jeff Yarbrough tried to tell us every possible reason why we should take miserable deals and should sign off on everything he presented to us. He so obviously couldn't have cared less about our interests and wanted to finish this sale and any deal he could get within his sites.

Applying pressure in an already tense and stressful time, he actually had the audacity to label our concerns about escrow contingencies as "BITCHING" as in "...maybe if you would stop BITCHING about these contingencies and sign off on them..."

He even went so far as to say that we had discussed our concerns with him "Ad Nauseum" which I guess drove him to the point of nausea. Great Realtor huh?

You could barely get him to personally sit an open house (I suppose it was beneath him when he has other 3-4 million dollar properties) but our house was over a mil so he still stood to make quite a bit- not as much though.

Anyhow, I think this is enough to illustrate the mediocrity of this Realtor. What a complete and utter disappointment.
