Jumpjet has been around since 2007. Will Ascroft pretends to be the CEO and in 2007 took thousands of dollars from people as "membership fees" He is back again trying to act like he is CEO of a private jet company. There is no company, employees, or one single jet. He has tried to collect money from people signed up but failed. He then tried to make cash flow come in from advertising sales on gilt.com and urban daddy. People purchased these deals and sales and never could collect on what they bought. He was a helicopter pilot that has no idea what business aviation is or how to run it. He just tries to attract "investors" to keep this scam alive. I have no idea how it is legal but simply do a few google searches or will ashroft and jumpjet, thats all you have to do.

Gilt have your money NOT Jumpjet

AUTHOR: WillJumpjet - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, March 03, 2013
GILT have your money NOT Jumpjet!!!

1. Gilt have very strict guidelines.  They do not provide us with their customer information.  We NEVER received any money from the Gilt Promotion.  If you called claiming to be a Jumpjet member and we did not have you on our list, which as a Gilt customer we would not have, we ignore your calls, emails and any other correspondance.  Judging by the way you have handled this I would say you would not be a good Jumpjet customer anyway.  I checked with our member services and all Gilt people have been communicated with. There is no record at all in two months of constant emails from an upset Gilt customer.

2.  In 2007 all members who requested received a credit.  Many flew and loved their experince. This person is not aware we did put planes in the air and did fly people. We paused the company in 2007 to fix things because we were not preparred for so many people to want their Jumpjet.  As for these grumblings you have posted you have no proff if they received their credits and as of today any member from 2007 who has contacted us has been given a complimentary 2X membership if they proved they did not get a credit.  Given we issued $800,000 in credits when we paused it is possible one or two slipped or were on AOL which in 2007 has a serious firewall issue.

3. For the last time GILT has your money.  They would be happy to refund you.  We made it clear to them that the GILT deal would be offered/supported for the time period, as soon as we launched flights which is coming soon.

As for name calling I love the way you go after Jumpjet when Jumpjet DOES NOT have your money Gilt does.  I am a hard working entrepreneur taking on a massive under taking.  People like you who state incorrect facts serve no one any good.

Totally a scam.

POSTED: Sunday, March 03, 2013

First, I am not an employee or ex employee. And if you fired people as you said you did, I am not sure why you would think that is a dream job. As far as the scam, I was one of those that purchased your advertised special on gilt. I called and called to try and re-deem it since it had to be used by a certain date only to leave message after message, and have no one call me back. Come to find out that you never even had mush of a business. There were no "flights" even though you were selling them. And your comment "the fact that we have been here since 2007" means youve had a scam going a long time. Again, all people have to do is do their research.

Date of posting:2008-05-12 13:49:42- After paying $2,500 in membership fees the company has yet to offer services to ANY of its members and refuses correspondence.  There is most likely an excellent chance for a class action suit here.

Mar 2006-  Their website is "expired". To get any kind of deal you needed to pay 12 months in advance...scam??

"As a former member, I learned the hard way that JumpJet does not have even the faintest clue of what they are doing. Not only are they not providing the service they promised, they are withholding refunds for cancelled memberships. In short, as much as I hate to say it this is a scam! You simply cannot operate these kinds of jets at the prices they are quoting. The only way for them to make money is for members not to fly!"

09.29.07 at 3:54 pm Same crap is happening to me. Months after months of unmet promises and lies. Hope this helps those still deciding

10.09.07 at 5:23 pm Yea, to me as well. I cant imagine that anyone is getting what JumpJet promised or ever will. No one returns phone calls, no one answers emails, flight requests get canceled. Ill be asking for the money back soon, but wont be surprised if I dont see it. They have delivered nothing of what they have promised, and as noted by Bummed, it appears they have no clue whatsoever. Ill bet JumpJet doesnt live to see the beginning of 2008.

10.24.07 at 8:41 am   I have had the same experiences. I signed up and was told I could cancel at any time, and get a full refund. The Customer Service of this company is as bad as it gets. They hired a guy, Mickey, to lead the Customer Service department, I am sure he has left too, not being able to deal with the brains of the operation, Will Ashcroft. I am waiting for my refund as well, my biggest regret is that I referred friends to this company. I was told by an insider that Amex and Visa refuse to do business with Will, that is why everything goes to a lock box. I believe some flights have happened, but it is destined to fail. Stay away. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than this working, and then you can buy your own jet

incorrect information

AUTHOR: bross27 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 27, 2013

Hi...I am currently working with Will (so I guess that shoots down the employee theory..) who I ahve to be found be sincere and deeply committed to this program.  Will/Jumpjet has never accepted any payments thus far from Urban Daddy or Gilt regarding those sales.  When the program begins in the 60 days...that will be a different story, but for now...those payments remain with the deal offering companies.

In the beginning of any company, sometimes choices have to be made, some tough and some easy.  Will has done nothing but put the needs of the company above his own, his families, and anyone else.
Watch for jumpjet...its coming!

Disgruntled Employee and Incorrect Facts

AUTHOR: WillJumpjet - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 27, 2013

This must be an ex employee because only an employee would have any facts, correct or incorrect about anyone we deal with.  To date Jumpjet has never taken one penny from any customer for the very reason that if we do not reach critical mass with customers the planes can't go in the air.  Any outsource partner who has done a deal with us is clearly communicating this to their customers.  The fact that we started in 2007 and are still around says alot about us. Every customer but one has received either a credit or flew with us in 2007.

One customer did not because he did not respond in the correct time and if he pops up and wants it he can have that.  He is located in Arizona and knows he can call at anytime.  As for advertising sales that is the funniest thing I have every heard.  We have not received one penny from any outsource partner. Including those mentioned and they are not advertising revenue. In fact they have a strict policy that they take in the money and don't pass it onto us until we put planes in the air.
They don't even allow us to see the customer names.  The very design of Jumpjet is to not own a single plane. There are 7 current employees at Jumpjet and this will grow when we do launch flights. We are a start up and being a start up is chellenging.  I am happy to talk to people and answer questions.  There is nothing hidden here.  Yes, we have had to let go employees and many companies have to do this around the world to make sure they survive. This is never easy and this person is clearly upset that they lost their dream job. Tough decisions have to be made which are not always popular.
