Karshner Sales Bad Remodel Job - Was Not Reliable - Definitely not Trustworthy - Ripoff Lancaster Ohio

I have read every comment on this site. Unfortunately they allseem to be made by the same woman who has a personal vendetta against Jack Reynolds. Free speech is and should be available to all but this is person has carried it too far and the Ripoff Report has done nothing to verify that these comments are all made by the same person. Too bad but let's set the record straight, at least from my experience.

I have used Karshner Sales to do multiple projects at my home in Lancaster Ohio. Jack Reynolds has always been helpful and truthfull about each project they have completed for me. The first project Karshner Sales installed new kitchen countertops, sink, disposal, and an instant hot water dispenser in our home. He told us they were involved in a large commercial construction project and it would take a couple months to get to our project. Jack had great suggestions on how to build the countertop so it updated our 1960s kitchen without looking out of place. They matched the cabinets perfectly and did a great job. They told me that they would come and recaulk the seams anytime they needed it. The workers were timely, experienced and did a great job.

The second project was to custom build and install a kitchen bar with cabinets beneath. Jack Reynolds made great suggestions on how to get the most benefit from the space, how to move the register vent and match the existing cabinets. Again, the workment were timely, courteous, and did a great job. We had a problem with the design. The cabinet was not deep enough. We told Jack about the problem. He came out, measured and scheduled a repair. The workment pulled the cabined, rebuilt it and re-installed it in about two days. Great job again.

I had a third project that required re-routing the drainage on our house and some gutter work. Again, great suggestions and a very good job. We have hard clay and sandstone in our yard. This was backbreaking work. The three workers were excellent and courteous.

Now we have two bathroom remodel projects that Karshner Sales is going to do for us. Jack Reynolds again came out and made great suggestions about what needed to be done and the best components, cabinetry, and fixtures for our projects without going over budget.

I believe Karshner Sales has been in business in Lancaster ohio since the late 1940s. Many of the employees have been with them for years, many of them over 20 years. This is not a fly-by-night company. In a small town such as Lancaster word of mouth advertising can make or break a company. For Karshner Sales to be in business for over 50 years they must be doing something right. And, that is exactly what they have done for us.
