If your experience is so extensive, why can't you seem to locate the background information on your former employer??  What are you missing here?? He is a criminal and should be treated like one. He's one sick, twisted individual. Guess that side of him never came out around you or his family. Of course not, most sexual deviates hide that behavior from the ones that are closest to them. Do you have an education? Have you studied psychology?? Maybe you should do your homework before posting anything else here because I sure have.

I have not worked for or been paid by him in over 2 years since my family moved.  I have done hundreds of background checks as part of my job requirements throughout the years and have extensive experience.

He is not a respectful or professional individual. The Dallas County Criminal Records are Public and can be viewed by anyone at anytime. Check for yourself. There is no libel or slander here, only facts. He is not an honest businessman and you know it if you worked in his office. I'm sure he paid you well for your words. You never dealt with him outside of the office. Public information is public information. Why don't you go look? It's really easy.  

I worked for Khosrow for years in his office as a secretary and personal assistant before I moved.  I have never witnessed these accusations, and I have never heard of other secretaries or customers complain of this issue.  I searched these "facts" and found nothing.  I am not an attorney, but using common sense legal knowledge, it appears the author of this false report is libel for defamation of character.  Khosrow is professional, respectful and kind to his staff and customers.  The office is a family atmosphere and Khosrow is a family man.  It makes me sick that people can make up whatever they want and post it on the internet with no repercussions... this is completely unfair, and more importantly it is false, misleading and should be removed.
