L C Communications told me I would get 2 to 3 installs a day in the spring and they wanted me to recruit 1 or 2 guys for the summer (everyone in Phoenix would be coming up on weekends) and I would not be able to keep up with demand. They told me I would get paid while training. I did not. I barrowed $6,500.00 for tools, specialized equipment, insurance and to get my truck set up for doing remote install. I am in a very rural area.

Tony Delgado L C Comm. manager asked me to rent a storage shed so I could warehouse exede internet equipment. He told me he would pay the shed fees. So I rented the shed per his request. Then I start getting calls bring equipment to Williams and meet a tech so he does not have to drive to phoenix. Only problem is they wanted me to run their equipment around for Free. When I refused they said I was not a team player. Show me a team player that plays for Free!!!

They were sending me to Payson 100 miles away for 1 call at a time and then I would have to fight for the trip charge. One week end I drove over 500 miles for three calls’ only to find out 1 was already installed. 1 was a custom install and someone had all ready been there and told them it was a custom install and they wouldn’t pay for installation.  The third had cancelled and told me they would do without before dealing with L C ever again. So no pay for that trip. No trip charge not even a pat on the a*s! OOOPPPP! Not a team player no pat on the a*s for me!

So the storage shed, it’s full of equipment L C still has not paid one cent and 5 months have gone by. I’ve racked up a whooooping $210.00 in 5 months barrowed $6,500.00 that should have been paid back by now plus the shed I pay each month and all the fuel then a little maintenance. So I give Mr. Delgado an ear full and guess what. He tried to have me arrested for stealing there satellite equipment. I must be heading for the TV show dumbest criminal. I give them a complete inventory of all the equipment including Ser#. I email the storage agreement with the address (stolen equipment located). I did not get arrested but it was not for lack of effort on Tony’s behalf. Now I get a Protective order against Tony Delgado and he breaks it the first week. Then he commits Perjury in open court. These guys will stop at nothing to make a dollar.

They need to be stoped! We need to stand together and hit them in their wallets. Together we can prevail.
