We rented a home from Monica Hulzing at Legacy Properties LLC. We relocated from NV to FL and rented the home over the internet.Pictures where very decieving, THe home had run down appliances, roaches, ripped screens, was filthy and in desperate need of paint.
After continued compaints to Monica she informed us that the owner did not have the finances available to repair the property, she offered to "release us from the Lease". We asked if she would return all deposits and she stated yes when we moved out. We have over 170 texts and many that state we can have out money back and be released from the lease,We also have pictures of roaches and a rust leaking refrigerator etc.
Only after we gave notice and moved out did she say she couldn't return our deposits until the property was re-rented. Then we received notice that we would not be refunded our security deposit. Because she was leaning it for unpaid rent. She released us from the lease in writing,we gave notice paid July's rent and moved out on July 2.As far as I am concerned She owes us july rent,released is released.
We left the property in better condition than we found it in and gave her a full months rent when we really didn't have to since she released us from the lease. She has not responded to my objection on her notice to lean my deposit. Keeps saying she had been doing this for 15 years and she doesn't have to pay us! Than out of nowhere a refund for a pet deposit of 250.00 ,mind you 2100.00 short.

Change your arguement to what I stated,bugs, ripped screens etc,I guess my mistake!!You do understand you Monica Hulzing stated in writing RELEASED from the LEASE..Forget the dispute of your loose lips and the ignorance of you not previewing the home before we got there ,2980 miles traveled.You stated A full REFUND.Now nothing.I see you satisfy many(NOT).Good Luck!!!!

I was trying with letters to get our money,we have been ignored by Monica Hulzing and the Lawyer who we sent copies of the texts to.She said we are harrassing her,I just want the money she promised in writing,why wont she pay??I am entitled to freedom of speech,she should file a motion to not deal with her.She will not answer?I sent a pic of the rusting fridge,she said send the bugs to.really?This is about the statement in writing released from the lease and a refund when you move.Well here are some pictures!

I just want a refund!!But the longer it takes the more I am letting the world know.I hope to shut you off Legacy Properties.You stated in WRITING ,REFUND move out I cut you a check.We gave you more than you asked ,gave,no,no, you TAKE ,TAke TAKE.Well if I can stop you from taking from someone else I WILL.But I am never quitting untill i am paid!!!!

The email to get in touch with this problem realtor is mhulzing3@gmail .com .I am stating outloud Monica Hulzing to the world you took my money,offered it back in writing than screwd me.I am happy to say I will never go away untill you pay,send a check today.No bullcrap anymore i am all over blogger spots on google.there are over 3400 hits as of this moment the more i get the more i want,send the money honey or find new work.the public and everyone else will understand we tried and you lied.i have 174 text messages and over 30 photos.for you to be so dumb is amazing uh maybe not,i know i met you.good luck.oh you dont need luck.but you seem to be a gambler with your business that is.
