On 08/2007 I received and accepted a credit card offer from First National Bank for a Legacy card. NO monthly fee, NO annual fee, 0% interest rate till 08.2008, NO balance transfer fee was clearly printed on invitation . The card came five days later, the CARD ONLY with NO ACTIVATION LABEL and NO ANY paper work. I called to customer support, they said the card is preactivated and they stated there NO ANY FEE. I made a $56 purchase at local store and week later I received $175 bill! $119 accepting fee, $50 annual fee and $6 monthly participation fee was applied! The interest rate is also outrageous.

I called to the First National, now the said they said I'm stupid and probably can't reed, and have to pay all fees. They said "we never offered 0 fee". I asked to play back the previous conversation record, but they said the record was destroyed . I ask to close the card (about 20 day after it was opened), but they still apply late fee and over limit fee every month. Now they want $425!!!

Just a warning to all the unsuspecting people out there that haven't yet been burned. Do not accept the offer that comes in the mail or emails. If you have already done so, send the card back. It is a big ripoff.
