Treyce did not change her name to "hide", she changed her name because we got married!

I can attest that she did not file any report on you or anyone else. She does not take things personal and does not care about people "getting off her email list". She has been in business a very long time and, with only one complaint against her as you stated, it is clearly not her or she would have more than one in 27 years.

She has never done what you claim, hit "reply to all" as a way of "spamming". She hates spammers herself. She uses an email list service that, if someone clicks "unsubscribe", they are automatically unsubscribed so she does not even know when someone does that. As I said, she does not care.

In addition, she is famous - she does not need to resort to those types of tactics to gain business. Have you seen her reputation? Clearly not. However, for you to suspect this, perhaps she intimidated you. That's easily done because Treyce has Asperger's.

If you know anything about this form of Autism, you would know that they are very direct and to the point. They do not sugarcoat or hide behind anonymity. Treyce has never been one to act cowardly and "hide" - she believes in confronting the issues at hand. In other words, she would not have given this the time of day and, if she would have, she definitely would have called you on the phone before she would have ever done something like what you think.

You are accusing her of doing something without any proof whatsoever. Anyone that knows her - friends, family, clients, or colleagues, would strongly attest that doing something like you say is definitely not her style.

Sounds like you need to watch THIS or read THIS.

Spiritual leaders do not act like this - they help others, not act childish. In addition, think about how this may have you appearing to others knowing that you accused / attacked someone with Special Needs. Instead you should look at those who may be unhappy with your work. She was an easy target because it prevented you from looking inward. That is sad.

This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen written about me.

Allow me to clarify a few things.

1. The origin of this complaint is Ms. Treyce Montoya ( a.k.a. Treyce DGabriel).
2. Ms. Treyce Montoya (DGabriel) has never met me or spoken to me. She has never received a reading or healing session, nor has she ever taken a clairvoyant class or workshop.
3. She is not complaining about my work as a psychic or as a teacher. This is a personal attack on my character based on an email and my picture off my website.
4. On December 23, 2012 I received a very nice Christmas email from a client and student. The message was quite simple, “Wishing you and yours a meaningful and memorable Merry Christmas!” This email was sent to a contact list of over 100 people and unfortunately, they did not use the bcc function to hide all those email addresses.

On December 23, 2012, less than 30 minutes later, I started receiving spam from Ms. Treyce Montoya, of Written Escape Clinic ( www.WrittenEscape.com ). This first spam was sent as a ‘reply to all” off the Christmas email I received earlier that day.

The spam was promoting Ms. Treyce Montoya and Written Escape Clinic’s Handwritting Formation Therapy ( HFT  ) with a 50% discount. I do not know Ms. Treyce Montoya or Written Escape Clinic and I am not familiar with Handwritting Formation Therapy and I have never signed up for their mailing list.

I was very offended that a fellow “holistic healer” would steal my email address and the email addresses of their client’s contact list to send mass promotional spam. I personally find that unethical, not to mention illegal.

I have maintained an email list since 1998 that I use to send newsletters and announcements to my clients and students. I always ask everyone if I can add them to my mailing list before doing so. In addition, there is a “remove from this mailing” option on each an every email sent to my list.  I am aware of anti-spamming laws and I work very hard to respect those laws. More importantly, I respect each individual person by asking permission before adding him or her to my list and giving him or her the option to be removed at any time.

This complaint here at ripoffreport.com stems from my email request to be removed from Ms. Treyce Montoy’s and Written Escape Clinic’s mailing list.

On December 26, 2012, the day this report was filed, I replied to Ms. Treyce Montoy’s email by asking to be removed from her email list, informing her that the method of collection and use of my email was illegal and unethical and stated that I would be reporting their spamming to her service provider.

Did I call Ms. Treyce Montoy childish names in my reply to her spam? Yes, I called her a “nasty pig” for stealing my email off a personal Christmas greeting and “crazy” for thinking people would want services from someone who does that. Of all the ways over the years that spammers have collected my email, this was by far the most offensive. This was a personal email to Ms. Treyce Montoy, not public slander as she is doing to me here.

Did I threaten Ms. Treyce Montoy in my reply to her spam? Yes, told her “I will be reporting your spam to your service provider.” I did not report anything because I’m not interested in destroying the reputation of someone I do not know.

I’m absolutely disgusted that Ms. Treyce Montoy would have the nerve to smear my name publicly on the Internet because I asked her to remove me from her spam list. She’s publicly trying to hurt someone whom she doesn’t even know and has never met and to do so is quite nasty. The way in which she wrote this complaint makes me look like a violent man who cussed her out and threatened her life. She is slandering my work eithics, my abilities, and my business due to my request to be removed from her mailing list and yet has admittedly never recieved any of the services to which she is attacking.

My advice to Ms. Treyce Montoy, “Let it go girl! Doing to me what someone else did to you on this website is awful. Please find some grace and peace.”

I'm my 20 years of working as a professional psychic, litterially thousands of clients and hundreds of students over the years, I would think there would be dozens of complaints if I'm a con man or ripoff master. There are not. We all have our haters and here is one of mine.

I have copies of all of the email from Ms. Treyce Montoy and my one reply back to her. If this report is truly a concern to one of my clients or students, feel free to contact me and I will happily answer any questions and provide copies of this ridiculous email exchange to prove the truth in my statement here today.

In closing, I have no intension to respond further to this complaint or any responses from Ms. Treyce Montoy or her followers/students/clients/friends. Her own complaint against her was filed in 2008 and she changed her name because of it and her followers are still replying to it.
