Lerer Media Group Alycia Lerer Alycia Lerer is a Fraud And She Stole My Money and also did bank Fraud on me Miami, Florida

When Alycia told me of the allegations against her I was absolutely shocked.  I have known Alycia as a business associate and a friend for close to 30 years.  As a friend she has always been loyal and demonstrated a caring personality not only for those she knew but acquiantances as well.  In business Alycia provided marketing support to Thermospas on numnerous occassions and never have I nor anyone in my company ever had reason to question her integrity, an invoice or document whatsoever.  Throughout the years of knowing Alycia I have viewed her interaction with a number of other organizations and her behavior as a business representative has always been exemplary. As I stated I am shocked at these allegations and I am absolutely certain they can not be true. 

A few years ago Alycia told me about her commitment to the troops and their families and I must say she goes above and beyond to give back to our men and women in uniform.  Her commitment is unwaverable and commendable.  I have always been and continue to be proud to call Alycia Lerer a trustworthy friend and business associate.  If anyone has any further inquiry please feel free to contact me.

Rarely will a non profit show financials as they pocket any money they make. This company is no different except that they make almost nothing. Lerer just got picked up by the former CEO of Blue Frog, that he helmed when they went bankrupt in 2008. Now he is flipping his Rolodex to get the Lerer type companies into a pump and dump pink sheet company called Mindpix Corp( symbol is MPIX). MPIX was the former  EMAX Holdings( pink sheet symbol of EMXC) that moved millions of dollars of worthless paper for nine years before the securities regulators closed them down.

I have been producing events for many years for the military and I even have used my own money over the years to give back to our service members and their families.  I have no idea who you have done business with but  I can assure you that it was not Alycia Lerer and/or Lerer Media. 

Lerer Media has NEVER received $300k from anyone much less had a meeting with anyone interested  regarding investing $300k in Lerer Media.  We should be so lucky!

If have done business with a person that has impersonated me feel free to contact me at 305-918-2570 or via email so that you can provide me with documentation and I will gladly work with you to prosecute this person.  I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter.

I have been defrauded by someone and filed charges against them in criminal court (which is currently going to trial in Philadelphia)  so I surely would not do it to someone else.  I would not be surprised if that person is the one that put up this report since that was the phone number I had three years ago and was a personal number used for faxing and has been disconnect for a long time.

If this is a hoax you should be ashamed of yourself trying to slander me especially since I have dedicated my time, life and money in giving back to our troops in their families for the sacrifices they make for our country!  Trust me $300k would have advanced our cause by leaps and bounds.
