They advertise free phones for upgrade of Verizon Wireless. One of my secondary lines was up for upgrade & I checked on WalMart.com & it showed I could get an LG ENV3 for free but when get thru ordering & everything it came to the Verizon Wireless online account password & it wouldn't accept the password so I called the next day & they told me that pricing was for primary line but I tried to explain it didn't notate that anywhere on there. They were rude & obnoxious about it. It like a bait & switch tactic because they advertise FREE but it was going to caost $140 but we got it out local Wal-Mart fOr $20.
