I experienced horrific things in my dealings with Lumber Liquidators (LL) in an order for 4310.5 square feet of 3 1/4 inch select oak flooring. The flooring was arrived with chatter marks that are caused by the thickness planner when producing the wood and had huge differences in the board widths that caused large gaps in the flooring.

I sent back 1443 square feet back that was to be held until I called for it. I have a receipt for this from the driver who returned to our property to retrieve the nonconforming flooring. When I called for the flooring, I was the order was closed out and that LL did not owe me anything. The flooring is worth over $4,000.00. In addition, LL agreed to pay me $1,000.00 to accept the terrible flooring received and not file suit.

I spoke to personally to Tom Sullivan who promised me he would take care of the matter. He never did. I spoke to LLs attorney, E. Livingston B. Haskell, who for your reference, can be reached directly at 757-812-2235, and finally by Diane Foreman at 757-566-7520. Ms. Foreman said the company determined from the documents received via facsimile that they contained white-out and were falsified to which I responded that I would like them to put that in writing so I could sue them for defamation and that I would produce the originals at trial.

I am a Weymouth, Massachusetts attorney and am going to file suit against LL and am seeking persons who have similar damages from LL to include in a class action. This would not cost you anything where I would merely get the information from you as to your paper work, receipts and documentation of the defects in the flooring and include you as one of the many named parties in the suit against LL. I am planning on locating as many persons as possible, so if you know of others that had similar experiences with LL, please forward them this correspondence or otherwise have them contact me.

I can be reached at my office at (((ROR REDACTED)))) or by email at (((ROR REDACTED))). Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Yours truly,

Ronald
