MICHAEL OLEN KING Jr Mike; Mikey; MOKSANGEL THIEF; THEFT THROUGH CONVERSION; BREACH OF CONTRACT; TULSA, Oklahoma

My  name  is  HERCHEL  E. SAWYER, Jr.   I  am  an  Independent  Filmmaker  and  Businessman in  Grove,  OK.  I  lived  in Tulsa, OK,  and  in  Manhattan  Island,  NYC.   I  came  to  Grove,  a  resort  community  in  2007.   My  parents  lived  in  Grove.  When  my  Father  passed,  he  left  me  a  small amount  of  money.   At  that  time,  I  had  a  relationship   as  friends  with a  Tulsa  man,   MICHAEL  OLEN  KING, JR.    He  is  age  43  (FORTY-THREE).   KING, Jr.  was penniless  at that  time,  and   he  was  living  with  his  former  wife,   PASHA  GAY.  Pasha Gay  was  just  separated  from   her  worthless   husband.   King, Jr.  and  Pasha  Gay  have a  beautiful  daughter,  that  I  won't  name.  She  is  one  of  the  most  beautiful   women  I  have  ever  known,   and  I   would  not  harm  her.  

Many  times  I had  spoken  with  Mike  King  about  getting  into  the  lucrative  Computer Repair  business.    When  my  Father  passed,  some  means  became  available  to  me,   and  I  approached  Mike  King,  about  making  the  Computer  Repair  business  a  reality.

Over  a  short  span of  time,  I  lent   Mike  King   money,  in  the  form  of   cash,  and Bank   Certified  Checks.   I  lent  King  a   beautiful  and  valuable   2000  model   Chevrolet S-10  truck.   I  lent  him  a   brand  new  HEWLETT-PACKARD   Quad-Core  Tower,   a   Dell Optiplex   desktop  commercial  grade  computer,   two  monitors,    a   SONY  motion  picture
Camera,   a   FUJI   still/streaming  video  camera,  and  a  TOSHIBA   Laptop  computer.  All Computer  equipment  I  lent   King,   except  for  the   2005  make  Optiplex  Computer,  was absolutely  BRAND  NEW.

At  that  time,  also,  he  and  his   common  law  wife,   were  driving  a  rattletrap  old   Buick,  which  was  a  total  wreck.    The  Buick  they were  driving  wasn't  even  roadable past   50  miles  per  hour.   I  spent   $500.00  (five  hundred  dollars  CASH)   to  try  to   put  some  kind  of  fix  on  that  piece  of  crap.   $500 !!   The  car  was  not  worth  half  that amount.   But,  I  knew  that  if  I  didn't  step  up  and   be  a  man,   and  fix  King's  worthless jalopy,  they'd  probably  never  make  it  the  73  miles  back  to  Tulsa.

I knew  that  King  was  going  to have  to  have  some  form of  reliable   transportation, so  I  lent  King  my  S-10  shortbed.   Believe  me,  King  was  ECSTATIC  to  get  it.  He  drove  my  truck  back  to Tulsa.   But  instead  of  using  the  truck  for  the   use  agreed   upon,  he  decided  he  would   take   a   long   vacation,  and  he  drove  my  truck   to  the
East  Coast,  to  see,  apparently  a  "much  beloved"   family  member.    

Here  is  the  agreement  I  had  with  Mr.  Mike  King, Jr.:  to  wit:   That   Mr.  Michael  Olen King,  Jr.  would  establish  a  business  entity   known  as   PCenergi.   That   Michael  Olen King,. Jr.  would  use  the  capital  equipment   lent  him  to  work  and  labor  diligently  at the  Computer  Repair  business.   That   Michael  Olen  King, Jr.,  would   establish,   form,
and  keep  a  set  of  books,  which   would  include  a   1)  General  Ledger   2)  A  chart of  Accounts   3)   a   Book  of  Checks  and  a   Check Register   4)   That  King  would   establish  a   Bank  Account  in  the  name  of  PCenergi   5)   That  Michael  Olen  King, Jr. make  Any  and  All  Bank Statements   available  to   me   at  no  notice  whatever   6)  and
that   as  of  the  date  JANUARY  01,  2010,   ALL  MONIES  earned  by  King   would  be recorded,   deposited,   and   that   Mr.  Michael   Olen  King, Jr.   would   pay  me   EXACTLY FIFTY  per/cent   of   ALL  monies   generated  by  King's  labors,   GROSS.   By  GROSS,  I mean  ALL  monies   earned  and  deposited   before   his  expenses   were   considered.


Michael  Olen  King, Jr.,   disappeared  shortly  after  the   New  Year,   2010.   He  and  his common  law  "wife",   his  daughter,  and her  friend,   Sarah,   ALL  vanished   with   my CASH,  my  truck,   and   my  computer   equipment   and  an  LG  PLASMA   50  inch  television.

Now,  you  have  read  the  particulars,  and   specifics  in   this  case.   I  went  to  the  TULSA POLICE  with  this  crime,  but,  as  they  are  highly  selective  in   their   casework,   they refused    to  take  this  case.    I  would  have  been   glad   to   assist   with  the  prosecution of   MICHAEL  OLEN  KING, JR.,   and  his   common  law  "wife",  PASHA  GAY.


However,  I  can  tell  anyone  who  is  interested   here,  in this  case,  that  I  know  for  a fact,  that   King's  theft  of  my  cash,  and  truck ,  and  other   capital  equipment,   is  somewhat due  to  PASHA  GAY's   criminal  influence.   PASHA  GAY  is  a  phony.   She   believes  that  the World  and   ALL  of  GOD'S   CREATURES   in  THE  EARTH  owe  her  a  living.   I  know  this   woman.    I  know  her  mind.   I  know   King's  mind.   King  despises  her,  but  is  afraid   to  live  alone.   He  is  also  frightened   of   me.   

I  put  MICHAEL   KING  Jr.  into  the  Computer  Repair  business,   because  King  is,   when   he  is   left  to  his  own  devices,  a  very  hard,  and  devoted  worker.   King  is  capable   of  great  things.  But,  false  devotion  to   Pasha  Gay  has  affected  this  man.   King does  not  have  the  ounce  of  self-confidence   to   make  it   on  his  own.   Pasha  Gay
has   traded   her   integrity,   provided  she  had  any  to begin  with,  for   my  poor  murdered Father's   dollars,  and  Michael  Olen  King's  soul.

None-the-less:   KING  Jr.  owes  me   $15,  700   dollars  for   my  capital  equipment,  and   another  $10,000  dollars  for  consulting  fees,  in  attempting  to  teach  King  how to  be,
and  think,   like  an  American  businessman.

TOTAL:   $25,  700.00  dollars.   I  OWN  THE NAME  "PCenergi".   I  OWN THE  RIGHTS to  that  name.
