i worked for these people  ( they are bankrupt now ) i was not paid my final pay by the partners listed on the claim - they were sent letters in regard to what was owed to me , i was asked to release test results that i was not legally not able to do so under the supervision of Ms Horton ( owner ) Mr Bourgeois ( owner ) i saw illegal activities while employed there , beware Mr  Bourgeois is a scam artist and will say and do anything to benefit himself . attached is his letter of termination after he bankrupted the company . leaving Doctors offices with out notice .

I am sending notice that today I am stepping down as Managing Member of Mid Atlantic Laboratory Services, LLC and will no longer be the Sales and Marketing Manager for Virginia and Maryland. Based on the fact that I have received very little pay for my employment since March 2009 and have accumulated a significant amount of pay that the company will not have the funds to rectify. In addition with Lisa Horton filing the involuntary bankruptcy, in the last two weeks we have lost all of our customers and employees as the rumors of our financial hardship circulated after the publishing in the Richmond Times Dispatch January 16th.

Unfortunately this website was created as an extortion site.  Anybody with a real or fake email address can protest in anonymity without any shred of evidence or verification.  This includes disgruntled employees or even competitors.  The only way to remove unfair, false or discriminatory comments is to pay the publisher of this website for their Corporate Advocacy Program (Payoff) to investigate and remove information at a cost of thousands of dollars per month for a subscription.  A quick Google search of this website will prove this to be fact.  So I must retort in order to set matters in order.

     What this statement failed to mention is that I have managed over one thousand employees in my eighteen years as a business owner.  I have dedicated my life to the well being of my employees and their personal pursuit of happiness.  I have paid for my employees college and continuing education, made loans for first time homebuyers, helped when times were tough and employees could not pay their

mortgages, helped finance vehicles and the list goes on.  I have been a shoulder for my employees

through personal strife, family loss and tragic events.  I have made payroll out of my personal savings

account when times were tough instead of laying people off.  When this company closed I personally made sure that every employee had a last paycheck and a job.  My business partners fled as I was the only one that took on this responsibility.

     In closing I would suspect that not every person whom I have employed would venerate me, but I believe they would agree I am fair.  I would also add that we live in a time where every bit of information about a person is readily available with a simple internet search, whether its true or not.  I appreciate the hard work that my employees do because they have always been the vital link to my successes and I look forward to those I have the privilege of working with now and into the future.

RIPOFF REPORT EDITORS NOTE TO THE ABOVE COMMENT: 

[Ripoff Report does not remove reports for money.  This is 100% false.   This is complete falsehood fabricated by scammers to make you doubt the reports on our site.  Aside from that, its ironic that this individual cites a quick Google search as proof that his claim about ROR is fact.  Really?  Does that mean that EVERYTHING found on Google is always 100% true?   If you believe that, we are selling a very nice Unicorn ranch that you might be interested in buying.]
