Completely bogus ripoff company. The so called mlm software provided doesnt work. Cost me thousands.  Sites are still dead. I only hope to stop anyone else from landing in this trap. Would like to know who this person Scott Leonard really is. I dont believe it is his real name. He has flooded the internet with hundreds of fake websites, all leading back to him with no further info. look for the phone number 888 221 0106, I went 40 pages in google, all lead back to this fake persona. Address is a shopping mall, looked that up too. He runs another website, many infact, www.mlmsoftwarepro.com, www.mlmsoftwarecentral.com, www.inspetta.com just to name a few. Appears to be a shape shifter, appearing only when money is needed.

Maybe some expert searcher or big data access person, can find more info on Scott Leonard of MLM Software Central, and shed some light on who this person really is. Lets save anyone else for getting hit in the bank.

Non-Client, claims to be a client

AUTHOR: Scott H Leonard - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, April 10, 2013

Hello Again, and thank you for communications.

Your angle of conversation is about 4 of our domains which has false info entered for privacy, which should not have been done.  That was remedied.

You claim to be a client, who was wronged.
Can you support this claim?

By now, in this long exchange of conversation, you have had ample opportunity to:
a.) communicate directly with me, if you were a client and there was TRULY a problem
b.) share the detail of your company and how it was wronged
c.) share your request for a remedy, if you were a client and believe you should be remedied

Sincerely,
Scott H Leonard

Inaccurate Responses

AUTHOR: rep - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, April 10, 2013

As to your latest spiel, I have already spoken with you.

Second Scott, you are the CEO of Inspetta. You, because of
your position and standing in the financial community, are held to a higher
standard. We have placed with you our trust and money. After all, you do hold
the client money.

You should not have a need to falsify documents of any kind.
We can all see that you have admitted to falsifying information, so lets
recap.

 By your own admission
You falsified ICANN data. There is no good reason to falsify anything. Now that
you have made some changes to whois, because You inaccurately responded saying
you didnt know this person James Williamson who registered your websites, you
have also inaccurately responded about the number of sites with this same whois
data, which was not 4, but rather was 154, according to domain tools.

 I just wonder how
many other inaccuracies there may be in your responses. You should also note,
that ICANN clearly states you must have accurate contact data info for whois
data. Please see info below and link to ICANN documentation.

Thirdly Scott, you respond that all of your corporate mlm
software clients are happy. Perhaps you wouldnt mind sharing 4 or 5 corporate clients
that have had success with your mlm software over the last few years.

False Claims

AUTHOR: Scott H Leonard - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, April 09, 2013

Hello Again, and thank you for some measure of communication, all be it false accusations.

You stated:
"MLM Software provided Doesn't Work"
1.) I am unaware of MLM Software which we provide, that does not work.
2.) Can you provide a Client Name and Domain name?
3.) If MLM Software does not work, you ABSOLUTELY should contact the provider.

"Cost me thousands" "22000"
1.) So, you claim to have bought software from us.
2.) Do you have an invoice, contract, statement of work, receipts?
3.) If you paid "Thousands" even "22000" you ABSOLUTELY should contact the provider.
4.) If you are saying we were the provider, why are you not contacting us?
    1-888-221-0106

"Sites are still dead"
1.) Sites, plural, are still dead.
2.) So you claim to have multiple sites.
3.) Which are still (continue to be dead) dead?
4.) That sounds pretty bad.  I would be Very Angry if my sites were down.
5.) You should quickly contact your provider, hosting provider, etc.
6.) You are indicating that we are the provider.
7.) We do not show any sites on our board, which are down.
8.) If you claim that we are your provider, why are you not contacting us?
    1-888-221-0106

"Would like to know who this person Scott Leonard really is.  Don't believe it is his real name"
1.) If you were one of our clients, you would have met me, or probably had dinner with my family.
2.) Photo, name, contact info is on our sites.
3.) I do not hide behind a false photo or name.  I am Scott H Leonard.

"Hundreds of fake websites, all leading back to him with no further info."
1.) Hundreds of sites, leading to no further info?
2.) That would be bad marketing or advertising.
3.) I believe you will find our sites have our Phone and Email, even my photo.
4.) There is no reason why someone can not reach us.

"Look for the phone number 888-221-0106"
1.) And you make my point, thank you.
2.) You have accurately mentioned our phone number, hence, you can call us.

I welcome you to contact us, from the same number provided, to see that it works.

If you claim to be a client, that is not working, that sites are down, then kindly communicate such, as we find no clients down and have no communications of such.

If you spent thousands, even 22000 with us, kindly provide proof.

Sincerely,
Scott H Leonard

DNS of Domain difference

AUTHOR: Scott H Leonard - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, April 09, 2013

Hello Again,
I have identified that 4 of my domains have invalid DNS info in them.  Apparently, this was done purposefully, to limit spammers from grabbing data from the whois files.  This will be corrected and will have them use the industry privacy settings instead.  I agree, false data in DNS file is not acceptable.

So, again, how were you wronged?
What software did you receive that does not work?
What website is dead of yours, that we provided?

Anything?

Sincerely,
Scott H Leonard

Spam negative posting by non-client

AUTHOR: Scott H Leonard - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, April 09, 2013

On April 9, 2013, I received an email from a reputation company, soliciting me to hire them to protect reputation, while at the same moment, a posting was filed on this website.

Ref: Email: from info@reputationmanagementservices.com.au forwarded to ripoffreport.com
Ref: Posting: http://www.ripoffreport.com/mlm-software-central/internet-marketing-companies/internet-internet-90489.htm

At the moment the email came in, the posting on ripoffreport.com was in the New File listing on right, at the very top.  It had just been placed.  Within 30 minutes, other postings forced it off the front page.

a.) We have no knowledge of a client, past or present, named James Willianson
b.) We have no clients unhappy with our services
c.) We only take on real product-based companies
d.) Each of our companies have my direct mobile number
e.) My personal photo and name are shared on our sites, including marketing sites, thus we don't hide behind an alias of any sort

I welcome communication from anyone, should there ever be an issue.
At this time, the posting appears to be a spam posting by a company seeking to negotiate market reputation services for a fee.

No complaints exist for our company.
Feel free to communicate with me, personally at 1-888-221-0106.

Sincerely,
Scott H Leonard
