MOVIELAND - movieland.com HARASSMENT, RIPOFF Internet

This site is perfect for this company and for me to let out my frustration. Movieland is a ripoff. Some way some how I keep getting these payment reminders for something I did not sign up for. It also tells me that I had a 3 day trial. Well isnt a 3 day trial just that. Its suppose to end and send you a reminder whether you want it or not.

Well I didn't receive anything. I didn't sign up for this crap and yet they want me to pay. I don't know what happened. There is no telephone number or address to contact anyone. Some please tell me..what kind of company runs their business like this.

However I think I finall figured it out... I went into the movieland website at work and discovered that the same customer service screen that they get is not the same one the harrassed non-customers get.

In the customer service section they give you the opportunity to remove the software and cancel the service and payment reminders from your computer and they also show you how you can remove it manually. Keep in mind the main File for this movieland is called MEDIA PIPE... key in the following website address and see if this works for you:

Try both manually and instant removal if you want... I just want this crap off of my computer... and I also emailed them a couple of times... that I will be seeking a lawyer, which I am doing as I am typing. He specified for me to keep records of everything I am doing and how many times I have sent emails. I also have copies of everything. This is harrassment and its against the law to pull this on anyone. I hope the website helps... I welcome responses from this report.
