The stolen money

Please, help us!
Me and my wife ordered 2 roundtrip airline tickets from Kansas,MO to Washington,DC (Departure on June, 29 2000, arrive on June, 30 2000) for Boulatnikov Igor G. and Kotchetova Arina G.
The reservation was made on May,30 2000.
The tickets were ordered online at "OneTravel.com"(ResFinder Code: 10002323Bou).
We have never received our tickets, because the supervisor of "OneTravel.com" told us, that our account was blocked and the company couldn't take the money from our debit card.
That is true - our debit card was stolen and we asked to block our account on JUNE,6 2000.
But, according to representative of our bank ("M&T Bank", University plasa, Buffalo, Amherst, NY, phone:(716)832-9523, FAX:(716)833-9241) these amount (505.08$) was taken exactly by "OneTravel.com" on JUNE,7 2000.
Now, our account was blocked, but on the NEXT day the money were taken from the BLOCKED account.
We asked "M&T Bank" to investigate our problem, because we are the customers of that bank, we wrote them 2 letters, send them a FAX, but they keep silence.
We have nobody here to help us. This is a huge amount for us.
