 Criminal Thieves Amos & Gila Bretter are still on the loose. Please beware these Israeli immagrants are now in America raping & pillaging the honest citizens here. The Bretters present themselves as pious members of the New Jersey community as they continue their well practiced thievery of a public unprotected by the corrupt law enforcement & judiciary of New Jersey. Beware of these low bottom feeders.

These criminals are now known as "LBD Worldwide Shipping LLC".  They are still located out of Fair Lawn and/or Paterson NJ and operate out of the same warehouse at 200 Keen Street in Paterson, NJ 07524.

We booked through an A rated BBB Moving company...who then outsourced us to these F rated criminals.

You name it, they did it wrong.  They didn't show up the day they were scheduled, then they did with only 1 worker.  The move took 2 days!  They more than doubled our quoted estimate AFTER they had half of our belongings on the truck.

Their "dispatcher" demanded more money from us before they would deliver our stuff and threatened to keep our stuff after I balked at the "new" price.  And of course much of our stuff (which was mainly furniture, we moved the boxes ourselves) was damaged.

We have been trying to track them down for over 2 months to file an insurance claim, but of course the 5+ phone numbers we have found for them are disconnect and/or different businesses now.

Amos and Gila Bretter will get theirs one day.

Amos & Gila Bretter, having been in the rogue movers business for years are still illegally, accepting 2nd party bookings.

The FMCSA continually fines them for infractions and even the BBB has finally kicked these thieves to the curb.

On July 6, 2009, A-Topps Moving & Storage LLC entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The agreement settles charges the business violated Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Hazardous Materials Regulations and/or the Federal Motor Carrier Commercial Regulations.

Under the terms of the agreement, A-Topp's Moving and Storage LLC will pay a non-suspended portion of the civil penalty in the amount of $20, 400 in twelve payments. Execution of the settlement agreement constitutes admissions of the violation(s) set forth in the agreement.

Unfortunately, for the increasing number of Amos & Gila Breters victims, especially those who never hired them, the only legal redress is the additional expense of suing these practiced thieves in court.

You want to get money you say I owe you where is all the possessions you stole from me and my family? I will tell you where-they are gone-you got rid of it all hiding behind some legal proceeding you attended when your lawyer knew I could not attend because I was a patient in the hospital at that time.. You got what you wanted and you did it in the sneaky fashion you are known for. Why didn't you sue me if I owed you all this money before hand. You know why-because you are a lowlife-You gave my son an asthma attack and traumatized him and you didn't care when you stole all our things.that day. You are a thief and a lowlife. You left us with nothing but memories. My wife and son are gone out of my life because of you. Zek and that other piece of crap who worked for you who helped scam me should rot in a place where you all belong. I will plaster all over the internet what you did and if you don't like it come out to the state I live in now and do something about it.I can assure you- you will not like the outcome. I hope your business suffers and the money you obtained by selling my stuff you spend on Doctors. Go back to Israel and try scaming those people. Again I am NOT THREATENING YOU WITH ANY HARM so you can't use the legal system against me but I am just stating my opinion about your character and ethics which in my opinion you have none.

Mr. Kleinberg was not even decent enough to identify himself in his slanderous posting. We performed 4 separate moving services for him and were never paid. After his many promises to settle his bills, he never did so. As a family-owned moving company, we had the right to hold Mr. Kleinberg's household goods on the 5th move, when he again refused to pay his bill.

Since he literally stole our services on 4 prior occasions, we had every right to not deliver his shipment. We subsequently took Mr. Kleinberg to court and we were awarded judgment in clearing us of theft. The judge advised us that we could auction off Mr. Kleinberg's possessions if he did not pay us within 30 days of his judgment.

All of these occasions occurred in 2005, which begs the question as to why Mr. Kleinberg is making an issue of this now? As of this date he has still not settled his debt with us.
