I was offered 19.95 and I believe your company should honor that agreementDexter: I understand but last january 20, 2012 there was an increase from $19.95 to $29.95 We have this 5 year plan that cost $99.75, if we will divide $99.75 by 5 each year will cost only $19.95Jackson: I signed up before those changes, and agreed to 19.95Dexter: One moment please...Dexter: Okay, i understand you but it is also stated on our terms of service number 9 which We may receive and/or request automatic updates of your account information from the financial institution that issued your form of payment on file in order to keep your payment information current and You agree to be responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges, now in force or enacted in the future in connection with the license and your use of the magicJack and/or magicJack Plus device, magicJack APP and YMax services.

Jackson: you did not notify your current customers of any increases, and you agreed in a contract to honor the 19.95 renewal. When did you notify me of the increase?Jackson: as well as you are still advertising 19.95Dexter: I understand but before we did increase our renewal cost, our customers was email and cleary notified on this..at it was on january 20, 2012 ..which is already 1 year.Jackson: therefore, false advertising and I feel I need to contact a lawyer about fraud on your compnay behalfJackson: no,I never received any notification. Jackson: please explainDexter: i will explain again..Dexter: you see 1 year or 5 year plan the redemption code on renewal options..Dexter: that redemption code is only available if you have purchased renewal like 1 year or 5 year plan before, on past days...and was not applied yet to the device..Dexter: did you order a renewal before that was not applied on the device?Jackson: this is what I recieved on my initial sign-up:Jackson: Please enter your activation code; QYXUJ, to complete your registationDexter: Okay, that is a code on completion of registration..not a code for renewal..a code for renewal will be provided only if you purchased renewal like 1 year or 5 year plan before, on past days...and was not applied yet to the device..

Dexter: now let me ask you, did you order renewal before? renewal that was not applied yet..Jackson: When I signed up on Jan 2,2012 I was asked for auto renewal for 19.95. I signed upDexter: yes, but the increase was applied on january 20, 2012  which make the $19.95 to $29.95 and we are certain that we did notify you on this through email.Jackson: again, I signed up before the increase. Therefore, I signed an agreement to pay 19.95 that should be hon oredDexter: Okay, are you the one who register the device?Dexter: just want to clarify...Jackson: yesDexter: okay, good..then you have read the terms of service which is part of the registration right?Jackson: I read what applied to me at the timeJackson: I need for a supervisor to call me immediatly

Jackson: I will becontacting the better business bureau and also my attorney for you companies fraudlant activityJackson: also, I will wait on a supervisorDexter: okay, even if you wait..no one will call you..again we only do chat support..do you want to  chat with a supervisor?Jackson: yesDexter: Okay, i understand you but even our supervisor will explain the same information to you.Dexter: are you still with me?Jackson: yes, I just read over section 9 of your terms which does state that I must renew on a yearly basis and does not explain about changes in priceingJackson: pricingJackson: so how are you expecting customers to renew for a 5 year term at 19.95 a year and not yearly at 19.95?Dexter: Please read the last paragraph of the terms of service number 9
