Please stop the complaining and take action against MagicJack

There is many complains in this website which is a great forum of consumer information.
In here many people can find information to make decisions to buy or not buy a product.

If you really want to put a stop to the problem or do something more about it please report to  the Federal
Trade Commissioner. There is enough complaints here and in other websites like this one to have the FTC close MJ or to force them to fix their operations.

When you file a complaint there, then you are doing more than just moaning about your problem.
I own a MJ standard that I got when it first came out. Back then had some problems that were addressed by their old US customer service. I wanted to upgrade to plus but only if I can transfer the remaining time left on the old one. I went to 3 different idiots that could not answer a yes or no question. Every time a question was asked it seams that the answer was cut and pasted from a script, and many times didn't even make sense. Glad to find this site.... I'll not upgrade as I got a taste of what I'll will deal with if something goes wrong.
