Exactly like The Results Group (TRG), Marketing Solutions LLC sells a portal web site that will serve as a gateway to other commercial web sites. They tell you that you will earn a commission when people use the portal to access a commercial web site and then make a purchase.
Marketing Solutions LLC charges $49.95 for the portal web site. Then they charge THOUSANDS of dollars for "advertising packages". The problem with this is that the hits that you purchase are computer generated. Even if you make a purchase through your web site, you will never see a commission. They offer a 100% money back guarantee, but you will never see your money again. I've left over 30 messages with LIVE people in 2 months. Only one person (Steven James-Quality Manager) can issue a refund. He will never call you. In my opinion, he believes he stole your money "fair and square". Mr. James, you're breaking the law and you know it.
The Attorney General's Office did an OUTSTANDING job for consumers filing suit against The Results Group.
* Prohibit them from selling web sites and advertising packages
* Return all victims any money or property acquired through deceptive practices
* Impose a penalty of up to $10,000 for each violation of the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act
* Have them reimburse the Attorney General's Office for costs of the investigation + attorney's fees
Hopefully, with the help of the Attorney General, Marketing Solutions LLC will meet the same fate as TRG.
These thieves need to be stopped. I urge you all to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Arizona. They know how to bring them to justice.

Just got off the phone with 2 employees of Marketing Solutions LLC.
Asked the same questions:
* WHERE'S MY MONEY???
* Why won't you give out your address?
* Why do you use an anonymus email address?
* Why won't Steven James respond to theripoffreport?
* Why hasn't he responded to my 30+ calls in THREE MONTHS when I know he's there?
* How can you call yourself a legitimate business?
All of the calls are recorded (Hmmm) when you call. The first employee was Willliam. He said, "I'll get this tape right over to him". I'll hold my breath.
The second employee was Sara. She said that they just got out of a meeting, and I was third on the list of people to call today.
Why not first? Why not keep the lie going? She said that they got all of the faxes of the ripoffreport complaints against them (in a sarcastic tone).
I wonder if they have heard from any of these yet: FTC, AG Arizona and Florida, IRS, and so many more... Don't pee in my Wheaties, I got nothin but time!
Since I don't want to put too much more time or money into this, I will wait til Thursday to make a decision on which Attorney to hire.Still looking for the meanest one.
