After being ripped off by Bally they going bankrupt,us with paid membership. Then receiving an offer of settlment if WE pay three payments of 67.00 on a 361.00 Current account balance. And pay this to the current "creditor" Maryland Portfolios,Inc. This information was sent to us by TCI or Total Card,Inc. When confronted by me TCI asked for a written statment to foward to MPI. I smell RIPOFF by the people at Maryland. Trolling through the grave of Ballys looking for dollars. Well not here!
