On December 8, 2008, I order from Silverthorne Publications, Inc. a Video Power Poker e-book for $99.97.

On December 14, 2008, I returned the product and requested for refund after finding out that it is illegal on gamble online in New Jersey, to which Martin J Silverthorne did not answer.

I again sent him e-mails on December 15, 2008, January 27 and February 27, 2009 reiterating my request for refund.

All my requests were ignored.

Where is his satisfaction guarantee?
