Marty Hudson CPL Locating I paid $1000 for what Ripoff Palm Habor Florida

I purchased 25 Mentos mint vending machines from National Vending Distributors which is now out of business. This company recommended Marty Hudson at CPL Locating.

I contracted with Mr. Hudson to place 20 of the 25 mint machines for a total amount of $2300.00 with a $1000.00 deposit. This is what is stated in my written contract. The other $1300.00 was to be paid to another locator from another company as the machines were placed.

The second locator placed seven of the machines and I promptly paid him for his services (paid for seven placements), even sending the check by overnight mail. However, not one of the machines generated the sales that Mr. Hudson promised; a complete empty of the machine in 90 days. If the machines did not meet that criteria, they would be relocated to a better location. They were not.

Now neither Mr. Hudson nor the other locator will return my calls or emails. I called cpl locating today, June 12, 2006, and of course Mr. Hudson was not available. They said to try again tomorrow. Yeah right!

Today, only six of my machines are out there generating very little income for me thanks to Mr Hudson not honoring his responsibilities (I had to remove one machine due to ants). You could at least return my calls Marty or answer an email. Your silence speaks volumes. I even asked Marty to get the other locator back on track. No results from that!

Marty Hudson, since the machines are not generating the sales you promised and are not being relocated as you promised and as is stated in the contract, return my $1000.00 and I'll place the machines myself since I can't count on you to do so!
