Medicredit Signet medical Completley mislead by MRI Provider & silently reported to my credit report (Equifax,TRW & Trans union) Saint Louis, MO , Missouri

I was referred by my Dr. To obtain MRI & Signet Medical in Tampa, FL. When I arrived and presented my Humana One insurance card, I was told that everything will be covered by my insurance. (which I did) total of 4 MRI's between 2008 & 2011. I was never billed for 2 MRI's in 2008 and I was told that the same case would be in summer of 2011. Suddenly a greedy collection company called MediCare out of Misuri have reported me to Equifax, TRW & Trans Union for $238 and when I contacted them (MediCare) to dispute negative credit reporting, they informed me that they don't care if I make the un-expected payment or not, BUT they will never remove it from my credit file at all. The representative was as hustle as if it was her personal funds and used obscene profanity to insult me and made me feel as I was stealing their company's money as if her paycheck would not clear, also she informed me that there was more that they are going to report to Equifax, TRW & TransUnion for services I have never received as if they have missMatched my file with someone who doesn't have insurance at all. I have maintained perfect credit with Beacon score between 770 & 785 for the past 10+ years and due to them it has dropped by approximately 100 points and I can not get approved for anything with out outrageous interest rates due to MediCredit of MO & missMatched information provided to them from Signet Medical of Tampa FL. I demand for MediCredit to remove them selfs from my credit reports and never to attempt to contact me ever again after they resolve their missMatched file issue with whom ever. I will continue to file complaints with BBB, AG, Consumer Protection and many more agency's untill this is resolved and untill they remove them self's from my credit file. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS SITUATION AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE AS IM IN A PROCESS OF TAKING CUSTODY OF MY YOUNG CHILD AND HAVING MY CREDIT DROP FROM HIGH 700's to 688 is a real burden and I have already been declined for 2 apartments and in a situation of loosing a custody of my child due to their mistake and refusal to fix it. I will seek assistance of a local attorney (who is a friend & a neighbor) and already have been promised by him to take this case on probona (free of any legal charges, because a small child's life custody is envolved). All I'm asking for MediCredit is to remove them self's from my credit reports.
