Membership Services Credit Card Fraud Hopkins, Minnesota

This company somehow illegally got a hold of my mother's credit card number and was charging her account $24.95 per month for eight months.  My mother is on a fixed income and her bills are paid electronically so when she discovered this unauthorized activity she immediately contacted the company.  The company does not provide any service and cannot give any details as to how they obtained her account information.  They only said that if she sends a letter, they will refund the money.  This company should be under federal investigation.
