We were so excited when we purchased our SUV through Metcalf auto plaza but boy did we get screwed.  At first everything seemed fine on the test drive and it was our 3rd vehicle with them.  Once we took it down the highway to go home with it we immediately called them and told them it swayed on the highway really bad and was hard to control.  The Suv went back to there shop the same week we got it.  One mechanic seemed concerned that the transfer case was messed up on it but they threw that out the window and said it was just a low tire.  So we said okay we will just watched the air in the tire.  Well a week goes by and the SUV starts popping in the front end really loud.  We have mechanic friends so they jacked up the front end and said the bushing were out of the front end so we called to get it back into the shop and we were compelelty ignored saying they had no avaiable times to look at it or call Monday we will see if we can get you in.  Well the popping sound just kept getting worst until one day the front end snapped going down the highway losing all fluid from the differential case and breaking the deferential we felt blessed that the whole front end didn't fall out from underneath it considering we were driving down the highway.  We called metcalf auto plaza and they had it towed into the shop and said it was the deferential case and they would replace it and we would have to pay for it.  We fought with them on the having to pay for it and got it back fixed with out paying or so we thought it was fixed.  A couple days go by and it starts popping again we had to travel a few hours out of town and decided to take the SUV.  Well the front end breaks again for the second time on the highway once again we were blessed not to have a major wreck or the whole front end falling out.  So it got towed back again to there shop and come to find out the transfer case was the root of all the problems causing the differential to go out again.  They stated they miss diagnosed the problem and assured us it would be fixed right this time.  After much consideration we decided it would be best to turn the vehcile back over to Metcalf Auto Plaza.  They agreed to take the vehicle back and just asked us not to turn them in to the BBB.  So after paying 6 month of payments we lost everything we had put into the car and they haven't decided if they will report it as a repo on our credit even though we were current on payments and the vechile was let go do to mechanical problems.  So take my advice and do not ever get a car through METCALF AUTO PLAZA....You will be SCREWED!!!
