Well let me start this off with MICHELLE CUMMINGS LLC is a JOKE!!!!!!!! she has slandered my name for the last time.  I have not lived in her apartments in over 2 years and never would i advice anyone to..

First~ we lived above the water bug infested (which we emailed her pics of) laundry room.... we made several maintence reports Never got taken care of, under my sink for a whole yr of me telling her this had a whole that my 2 yr old could have got in to my cabinet and fell to his death... mind you we are above the concrete laundry room...

second~ Ants we had in our kitchen we had to take our own measures on that one... and everytime we asked to use the carpet cleaner it was "broke" or "being used" 

I now am happy in a 4 bedroom nice clean house couldnt ask for a better home owner never late on payments... I could write a book on Miss. Cummings but, while she slanders me i just laugh and live my life but, I thought others should know if you are not of mexican decent you don't go far with her

she also rents to illegal mexicans that my tax dollars pay for... and, she is friends w all of the police and puts ppl in jail for tresspassing but, has several apt buildings field w/ illigal immagrants what a joke...
