Regarding Mike Filsaime and his latest Internet "SCAM" program called SiteSales.

I purchased this product July 12, 2012 for $497 for 1 year and felt safe that if I had a problem, Mike offered a 100% money back guarantee for the first 30 days.  Beginning on the 15th when I really tried to get everything set up I began having problems.  The training video links in the welcome email were dead, the colorful templates promised on the "hype" sales page were missing.  I emailed support and they answered me back in a couple of days.  The programmer is still working on the templates and I didn't click correctly on the training links .... really???

OK, on July 26th I asked for a refund, provided all the documentation and an email was received:

"Good Morning,
Your refund will be processed within 6-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We wish you success.
Warmly,
Ed
Client Relations Manager"

On "business day" 15 I sent this:

Hi Ed,
I just checked my bank account and I still have not received my refund.  By my calculations today should be the 15th business day.  Please check into this and let me know when I can expect my refund.
Thanks

No response ...

On business day 16 I sent:

Hello Ed,
Business Day 16 since you promised my refund .... please return my money NOW!

I received this:

"Houdini XXXXX,
This email concerns your recent ticket: I want my money BACK!!!!!! (RWO-541-99499)

I responded that I wanted my money back and would someone please respond back to me with an answer.  No response ...

I then opened a new ticket asking why they were not responding to my refund emails and they sent this:

"Hi Please reply in the ticket already opened for this issue, opening new tickets for the same request can confuse the issue and cause unnecessary delays
Ticket already opened is: Ticket ID: FZL-556-56194
This ticket is being closed.

Support Staff Specialist
Mike Filsaime, Inc"

I even went to Mike Filsaimes' own web site and contacted support there .. no response.

To say that I am frustrated is an understatement.  I feel that I have been ripped off by someone that I thought I could trust.

Let this be a warning to anyone considering purchasing a product from Internet Marketing GURU Mike Filsaime or anyone associating with him in a business venture.  Buyer BEWARE!

Mike Filsaime Strikes Again! Beware Site Sales

AUTHOR: Houdini - ()

POSTED: Monday, July 29, 2013

Mike Filsaime and his merry band of internet scammers is at it again!

Last year it took me forever to get a refund from him ... actually PayPal got it for me ... NOW ... 11 months later he has billed me "a recurring debit" for the SiteSale "crap" that I got a refund/cancellation for last year.

This time it was for $97 ... I have tried calling and leaving messages because all of his "customer service agents" are busy with other customers" and emailing his customer help desk.  NO ONE responds ... very frustrating.

I have filed a dispute with my bank as well as another with Paypal ... let see how long it takes this time to get a response.  It seems that Mike Filsaime is like a red headed step child that will simply not go away!

Finally ... I Got My Money Back!

AUTHOR: Houdini - (United States of America)

Here is a brief update to my earlier report on Mike Filsaime and Site Sales.

I never actually heard from their support team once I started to complain about my refund.  I logged into my PayPal account and had them pursue it for me.  Within a couple of days PP got back with me and said that they had agreed to a refund ... 3 days later I had the money back in my account.

End of story.  Thanks PayPal!
