Mineral Science 42 complaint ahead of me when I finally got through to customer service ... truly a scam...disputing the charge on my account Farmers Branch Texas

I ordered, what I thought, was a free sample with a trial period. What I got was not a sample, but the actual "$59.99" product that would be charged to
my credit card in 2 weeks.

I put the pkg. aside & didn't look at it again till after 3 weeks. After I read the terms of the agreement, I called their customer service number numerous times, finally getting through to a recording telling me that there were 43 calls ahead of me. I called my credit card company & told them to dispute the charge.

I notice that I'm not the only one who got dupped...I don't even wear much makeup.

If anyone has gotten their charges satisfactorily resolved, please post it, so the rest of us know how to proceed.
