I brought my almost new rolex to be serviced. The watch was totally ruined. It doesnt even work now. It was only 8 months old! I would never use this company or this watch repair service!

Our Franchisee at MISTER MINIT Belconnen was disappointed to see this article; we take very seriously the fact that we must exceed the expectations of the customers we serve. We pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we provide, and it is our priority to make sure our customers are satisfied with the work that we do for them. Our team are well trained in the work that they do and generally will not work on Rolex Watches for customers who are better advised to contact Rolex for repair work.

You took your $10,000 watch to a shoe repair and engraving?If you can afford 10 grand for a watch and then take it to a shoe repair to have any kind of work done on it,you was not meant to have money,God made a big mistake.
I just know it has to be me.
