Monitronics Alarm What Monitronics will not tell you about their Alarm monitoring Dallas Texas

Monitronics set up the alarm system, we turned on the service, starting setting the alarm panel and thought, only when we were broken into would there be anything about this Monitronic Alarm heard about. WRONG.
Upon, anything, that Monitronic called an alarm, we were not notified before they would call the police. In Phoenix, false alarms, cause a $200 per incident charge, yes you get three free after a registration fee of $30, each year.

After three alarm false alarms which Police are called out, we the home owner is charged.
The city of Phoenix will not here rebuttals, just paid or you credit suffers.

Monitronics, due to what they say is their liability, must call all alarms into the Police but they Monitronics, did not follow the procedures we, the home owner and Monitronics, agreed upon.

We cancelled Monitronics.
