Mookie Gifts - Its A Girly World - D&S Giftware D&S Giftware Takes order but does not send item. Does not respond to e-mailed inquiries. No way to contact. Columbia, Missouri

On 12/07/09, using my credit card, I placed an online order for $151.98 with Mookie Gifts (www.mookiegifts.com) for a Christmas gift for my wife.  I immediately received a confirmation number, so I assumed all was okay. 

As Christmas approached, the item had not arrived so I e-mailed Mookie Gifts numerous times at cs@mookiegifts.com, but received no response to any of my e-mails.  I then went to the site to find their customer contact information and when I discovered there was no way to contact them by phone, I became concerned that this could be an online thievery ring and identity theft opertation. 

The day before Christmas I had to scramble to get my wife another gift.  On 12/30/09 I found Ripoffreport.com and the many consumer complaints posted by the victims of Mookie Gifts. 

I don't mess around and don't take kindly to people who rip me off so, this morning, 12/31/09, on behalf of myself and all of you who have been ripped off and victimized by Mookie Gifts and its' affiliates, I filed an IC3 complaint (ID# I0912310925290252) with the FBI's Internet Crime Center against Mookie Gifts, D&S Giftware and It's a Girly World. 

Hopefully, an investigation will be started that will shut down these operations and bring to justice the low lifes that are bilking so many trusting people out of their hard earned dollars.
