I contacted Mr Vairamuthu proprietor of Mother Teresa Hair Exports to purchase 2.5 kgm of Temple Indian and 5A quality Brazilian hair. Mr Vairamuthu promised that the hair would be delivered 5 days after receiving the money. I sent Mr Vairamuthus confirmed that the hair would be quality human hair.
On 29 July 13 a I sent $1,358.00 by western union for 2.5kgm of Indian and 5A quality Brazilian human hair to Mr. Vairamuthu Nagarajan of Mother Teresa Hair Exports in . 12, 10th Cross, 1st Main Road, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Kodungaiyur Chennai - 600118, Tamil Nadu, India.
I received the hair on 12 Aug 13 and it was horrible: dry, brittle, split ends and tangled. It did not look or feel like human hair. It was not single drawn the cuticles were not all in the same direction. I immediately contacted Mr Vairamuthu and told him I was returning the shipment it was not the hair we agreed. He admitted that an employee shipped the hair and he did not check it before shipment. He tried to get me to order more hair and he would replace the bad hair in my next order. I declined to purchase any more hair until he ship the 5A hair we agreed on.
I paid $150.00 to return the hair via DHL. The hair arrived in India and has been in customs since 17 Aug. The local DHL in India contacted Mr Vairamuthu several times to sign an authorization letter for release of the shipment so that the hair can be delivered to him. Mr Vairamuthu does not have to pay taxes just sign an authorization letter. Mr Vairamuthu to this date has not signed the authorization letter and has stopped responding to my emails and calls from DHL.
At this point it does not seem like Mother Teresa Hair Exports is going to refund my money nor provide me with the quality we agreed on. I do not recommend that you deal with this supplier, he is not trustworthy and has bad hair. His products are not the luxurious quality hair that is pictured on his website....BUYER BEWARE...........Totally DISSATISFIED.......
Lesson learned only purchase a small sample but with this supplier you still may not get quality hair!

I have been in contact with this hair supplier since I filed this report. He has been promising to send me the hair I purchased since discovering I filed this report online. He was writing once a week up to about a month ago in which his last communication was that he was sending the hair with the week. Still no hair. This is a horrible company to do business with, they are not honest and products are below standard. If there is a problem with the shipment the buyer has no recourse and they are not trustworthy. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I have countless emails where the owner Mr Vairamuthu has promised to send me the hairs that is on my invoice. He is a liar and very dishonest person. He wanted me to remove this report because he stated it was bad for his business. I just wanted to provide an update to let everyone know that after not sending me the hair I ordered, oh by the way he asked for my order and address recently, he still did not fill my order nor return any of my money ($1,358.00).
