There are two immediate options that come to mind: sue [and you might be surprised how easy it is; the Clerk of Courts can provide you with step-by-step instructions (a booklet) and the appropriate forms], or the home owner can complain (via complaint form) to the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC). Thereupon, an investigation may be initiated, and the MHIC may recommend mediation or hold a hearing. If the home owner prevails, s/he may be entitled to MHIC funded compensation. Bear-in-mind, same levels the playing field, and if there are any significant leaks in the homeowner's theory, they could be the one deemed "all wet."

This bogus rip-off report has been filed most likely by one of our competitors. The dog died, child got sick, moldy leaking tanks - and oh yeah the FBI is after us!!! We have a written one year money back warranty on all of our systems and to the best of our knowledge all of our customers are very satisfied with us. Please disregard this obviously ridiculous report. Scott Handy - owner - and "Mr. Water".
