a man named matthew hebb representing unlimited marketing contacted my partner via e-mail stating they could help us sell our timeshare. they asked for $986 up front for fees that was guaranteed back after 1 year's time if the timeshare never sold. the agreement was made in july last year.

my partner was able to contact them once in december. a woman named patricia james told him they had offers, but nothing firm. that seemed to calm our nerves, although still frustrated that our timeshare had still not sold.
in march, my partner attempted to contact them again by phone. this time, neither the sales line, nor the customer service number was connected. the website was also down.

it would be awesome to get our hard-earned dollars back, but most of all i'd like to see these s****.> sincerely,
