Funny thing Deb, I never received that restraining order you said was in process......I spoke to the Corona Police Dept and filed a report with them about you.  I have now filed reports with the BBB, the State Attorney General and the Corona Police.  Should you dare cheat another person out of a phony deposit they will take care of you.  I'm telling everyone I know about you...and they're telling everyone they know.  Karma is a bad thing Deb.  It will come back and get you when you least expect it. 

If you really think I'm "slandering" you by telling the truth them GO FOR IT.  Put your money where your mouth is!   You are the one lying...especially saying you called me and asked if you could put "non-refundable" on my check.  Do you even realize that's is fraud and check tampering????  How far do you think that will get you?  Where is your proof that you "called me" and I agreed?  What nonsense!  So, I was 15 on the list now....funny, your email to me said 7th and said it LONG after the fact!  Why don't you just give up and refund the money before you lose whatever reputation you have?  As a business person that is not really very smart!  Don't you think others are reading this too?  Do you think they will side with you?  I have until August to take you to small claims court and the angrier I get the less I think of the cost of going there and opening a complaint against you!  I may do that yet! 

the sheriff will be given these letters to show slander and harrassment.  Restraining order will be put in effect this week.  Breeders..beware of buyers like this they have nothing better to do.

Debra forgets I have kept every single email that went between us.  She did not tell me the deposit was non refundable.  She did not tell me I was 15th on the list!  She even went so far as to put the non refundable deposit statement on her website - then later took it off and when I emailed her about it she sent me some phony "contract" template that I never SIGNED.  Then she went and put the non-refundable deposit back on her website!  A lot of work for the lousy $100 she stole from me.  Who, in their right mind, would have sent her $100.00 if she had even said that.  She is low in taking $100.00 from a retired person for doing absolutely nothing.  Its obvious she did not have kittens at the time and just wished to string me along.  I never saw a cat or a kitten - I never went to her "cattery".  She just took the money for no good reason other then to enrich herself by $100!  There is NO need for a restraining order because I have FILED a REPORT with the police in her area.

I have not taken this to small claims court since it is pretty far from me and would cost filing and service fees.  BUT she may be in for trouble if she keeps calling me a liar and twisting the truth to suit herself!

CFA Cattery Reviews has a new policy now. If any cat breeder any where in the world refuses NOT give back a deposit to a buyer for whatever reason, there will be contact with the police or Sheriff's dept in the city that cat breeder lives.
 
A report will be filed. A buyer has a right to change his/her mind at any time, the same as they do in legal business's and are able to get refunds.
The cat breeder's made up that deposits are non refundable and you all seemed to get away with it, not anymore. Those days are gone.


So talk to your breeder pals and tell then what will happen if they withold any form of a deposit for any reason whatsoever.
If a cat breeder wants to stay in business they will return any deposit requested by the buyer at ANY TIME, for ANY reason, no ifs ands or buts about it. Its simple to understand.
It does not matter what the buyer "did" or "did not do", "what they said" or "did not say" if a buyer wants her/his deposit back a cat breeder will infact give it back or have a police/sheriff report filed its that simple, case closed.

April 25, 2013 -  A new policy has taken place with any complaints of cat breeder's not returning any form of deposits back to buyer's. The very 1st complaint listed a report with the police dept Debra McIntyre of Muffhyms Cattery breeder lives.

This women who calls herself Patricia R****  is a professional scam artist.  She has been harrassing me for several months now.  She asked to be on one of my lists to purchase a kitten.  I offered her two different lists.  First one was free which she first chose.  than she decided to be on the priority list to be ahead of the free list.  She was well aware she was not first on the list.  contrary, she was 15th! 

I told her to be on the list it would cost $100.00 and would go to the purchase of a kitten but if she chose to go somewhere else it was not refundable.  She decided to send the money.  i called and told her I was putting the non refundable on her check before I cashed it she said nothing.  I have had three litters since than and have offered her at least three different kittens which she has refused.

She continue to harass me and slander my name want her money back.  It was clearly told to her no refund and it is written in my website.  I am in the process of getting a restraining order on her because she has clearly told me she is having fun harrassing me and contacting agency's to hurt my company and will never stop.  I have a repretable company and will do what I must to keep her away from me.  Returning her $100.00 is not an option she knew what she was doing and has noting better to do but come after me which I am sure she is doing to others.

If you wish a fax copy of the restraining order please let me know.  if this continues I will also sue her for slander.
