I was taken for a ride with NADN and Oryan Management.
I puirchased 2 websites and modifications for around
$6,900 since 2001. PLUS, IRS penalties, interest and
back taxes plus the money I lost.
Is there a remedy?

In fact I was being pushed towards the end to spend even more money on bigger and so called better programs. I was a little reluctant considering I haven't seen a dime from them. Now I would really like to see if it is possible to get some of money back.

Current Situation on NADN and Oryan Mgmt.!

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 29, 2004

Thank you for contacting the Justice Department about the injunction lawsuit against the National Audit Defense Network (NADN), Oryan Management, and other defendants. Information about the lawsuit is available at

http://www.usdoj.gov/tax/04_tax_233.htm

http://www.usdoj.gov/tax/04_tax_309.htm and

http://www.usdoj.gov/tax/04_tax_395.htm

Please note that the Justice Department cannot assist you with your personal tax situation or in obtaining a refund of funds paid to NADN or Oryan. You may want to contact the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) or Nevada Attorney General's Office (www.ag.state.nv.us) for refund issues generally, and the US Bankruptcy Court (http://www.nvb.uscourts.gov/) for NADN refund issues in particular. You may also want to contact a tax professional (such as a lawyer or accountant) or the IRS (1-800-829-1040) with your tax questions.

As part of the injunction lawsuit, the Justice Department is seeking information from customers of NADN or Oryan.

If you are willing to share your experiences with us, please e-mail back to us your name, address, and telephone number, along with any details about your involvement with NADN or Oryan that you think we should know about. To give you guidance about the type of information that would be most helpful to us, we have listed some questions below. Please answer as many questions as you can in a reply e-mail, and also provide us with your full name, address, and phone number.

Questions:

How did you hear about NADN or Oryan Management?

If you were referred to either of these companies by someone else, please state that person's name, address, and phone number, and explain how you know that person.

How and when were you contacted by (or did you contact) NADN or Oryan Management?

What specifically were you told about the products and services offered by NADN or Oryan Management, including about the tax benefits of purchasing their products or services? Please be as detailed as possible with the specific statements, promises, etc. that were made. Please also include any questions that you asked and the answers given, to the extent you remember.

Has any representative of any company other than NADN or Oryan recently tried to sell you any product or service related to NADN or Oryan or your shopn2000.com or mallforall.com website? This could include search-engine optimization and/or a "hit generator." We are particularly interested in hearing if you have recently been contacted by Success Matrix Group, Success Matters Group, CPR Business Solutions, Oryan Management & Financial Services, Keyword Gold, Elite Solutions, Elite Business Solutions, ATM Consulting, A&M Consulting, Interlink Financial Group, Allied Grantwriters, Pman, Inc., Media Makers, or Trafficpower.com, Inc.

Which products or services did you purchase from NADN, Oryan, or any of the other companies listed above, when did you purchase them, and how much did you pay for each? Please be as specific as possible about dates or else give approximate times such as month or year.

If your purchase price included a promissory note, please state what you were told regarding how the promissory note would or could be paid off.

If you recall, please give the names of any of the individuals you spoke with about the products and services offered for sale.

Has a representative from NADN, Oryan, or any of the other companies listed above told you anything about the Justice Department injunction lawsuit? If so, please describe.

Have you been contacted recently or are you still being contacted by any of these companies? If so, please describe the contact(s), providing names of sales persons and dates and subjects discussed.

Did the representative make any claims about the IRS or taxes? Did he or she make any claims about whether the products or services would make your website profitable? Did the person say that actual customers would be visiting your website and looking to purchase products, or did the person promise only increased "traffic," "hits," or "volume" (or something similar)?

If you bought a hit generator or search-engine optimizer, please provide all information about any results seen, including any reports showing increased "hits" received and commissions earned.
