National Consumer Rights Group, Inc Terry Beden, Kimberly Beden are a fraud, scam, liar, thief and been arrested for child molestation Orlando, Florida

Just wanted to update this post to let the world know that this child molestor is still out there praying on innocent people and stealing their money.  He prays on peoples weaknesses and make promises that are untruthful.  I do not want any others to fall victim to this slime as he will constantly change his name of businesses to try to stay ahead of the con.  I hope one day he is brought to justice for his crimes.  He will claim innocnece for harming a little girl in Oregon and always promised to send me legal proof he was innocent, but never sent anything.  He is a child molesting con artist criminal and all need to stay away from this predator and do not send him any money.  

National Consumer Rights Group, Inc out of Orlando, Florida is a fraud company and do not do business with either Terry A. Beden or Kimberly D. Beden.  That was the name of the company he was using, but I am sure that has chenged.  

I have been ripped off by him also. His civil lawsuits could fill a file cabinet.I have been looking for him ever since he got out of prison in 06. I am not surprised that he is back to his old ways but he should still be on probation. Channel 9 Todd Ulrich did a story on him back in 03 when he was doing securities fraud. This is an update to this report to make sure more people do not fall victim to these scammers and crooks.  Terry A. and Kimberly D. Beden aka as Kimberly D. Dijames have been running scam businesses for many years.  A simple Google search will show you and is probably how you found this.  Please do not fall prey to their scams.  They go after victims that are already down on their luck and looking for help and that is when they pounce.  They will take your money and give you nothing in return other than excuse after excuse before they just quit communicating altogether.  Please be aware that they may have changed the name of their business as this report was hurting them, so beware when dealing with Terry or Kimberly Beden aka Kimberly Dijames of Florida.  Other businesses associated with them are America Home Pharmacy, Care America Partners and Card Payment Resources.  I do not have any dealings with the above three businesses however they are registered by Terry and Kimberly Beden. 

I have tried several times to work out even a lower negotiated pay back with this company.  Once again the same response "We will send you your money back because it's the right thing to do".  Still never received a dime from them and they continue to lie, lie, lie.  Please do not fall for these guys lies.  If you do not believe me than please just Google their names Terry A. Beden and Kimberly Dijames-Beden in Oregon (bad stuff here), Oklahoma and Florida and you will see they have been criminals for a long time running multiple scams with many different companies. 

You can also check the many different companies they have had in Florida and they also have complaints against them.  Most companies registered under Kimberly name.  Do not send this company any money and or work with them.  Their past and obvious still present scams should speak for itself on them.  Also they are not home owners and have been evicted from previous homes, also available through simple google check.  How could someone who can't keep their own house help save anything.  Do not send these criminals a dime and do not listen to their excuses.
