Nationwide Biweekly Administration, Inc NBA might receive 3 half payments of $1116 but only pay $2225. The extra $1123 never appears on my mortgage statement. Xenia Ohio

Nationwide Biweekly Administration sent information right along with the Flagstar Bank mortgage payment coupons soon after we moved into our home in Idaho last February 2009. We assumed that they worked in concert with the bank. Their very helpful representatives pretended to be assisting us in paying down our mortgage more quickly. As the months went by I became aware that they we not applying the extra money that they were receiving to our loan. This made me curious as to what they were doing with the extra money we had sent them and the legitimacy of this company. I am not sure how to go about stopping this continual fraud.
